Founded in 2004 by domain name industry leaders and highly successful entrepreneurs Sahar Sarid and Jeff Bhavnanie, ASSISTA began and has been funded as a personal hobby and highly effective learning tool to expand, recreate and augment the traditional educational process through a new sophisticated, state of the art, inquisitive search technology. ASSISTA utilizes questions already existing and previously entered into the internet’s ever expanding public domain database of unbounded, unlimited, infinite information. Characterized by some as: “The Question Engine”, “Query Search,” or the “Question Search Engine,” ASSISTA is quickly evolving into a leading global search brand that is changing the way people learn, communicate with each other, and access, share, view and create information and knowledge.
Today, led by a world class volunteer executive advisory team that includes many of the technology’s and the internet’s most highly respected Founders, CEO’s and Chief Executives, ASSISTA is highly focused and aiming to become the world’s first and largest global online search engine for “Inquisitive Search”, with a growing ubiquitous internet presence and a truly global initiative to fundamentally change the way people live, love, learn and leisure around the world.

We Want To Make a DifferenceASSISTA is also committed to empowering its users and employees through its future programs, products, and services to inspire people around the world to make a positive impact on their communities. ASSISTA aims to connect people with causes through our products and services, as well as through partnerships with nonprofits and educational organizations. ASSISTA also wants to continue to channel the generosity of its Founders, Board Members and Employees through the ASSISTA World Development Fund (AWDF), a grassroots philanthropic organization that brings together the talents, time, and financial resources of everyone connected with the ASSISTA Project. This not for profit 501c3 foundation has been set up to give millions and ideally billions of dollars in grants to organizations around the world, that in our opinion, will assist the world in becoming a better, more socially conscious, and a profoundly more humane place than when we first arrived.
