As you are well aware by now, you do not see Bido advertising much these days. No matter if you have a 10K/month advertising budget or 1 million, at the end of the day, resources are always limited. Because of that, you see Bido investing heavily in technologies & innovation. Our belief is if we build a good product, if we do our best serving our customers, the word will spread. Right or wrong, time will tell.
In addition, you may have also noticed we do not talk much to reporters & bloggers these days, contrary to how we were when we first started. The thinking here goes, we can either focus on our products and technologies or focus our time talking to the media. While media is important to keep and increase flow of traffic as well as educate the market, we made a conscious decision that for the time being, our time is best spent on innovation. It goes back to the point above: if we do our best serving our customers, the word will spread.
