Rest well ----answer---- It actually is. Not big deal, this break is long overdue. I'm getting better so that is the good news. Over the years some days I spent north of 20 hours a day on the computer and on average day until a month ago I was still at 14+ hours a day. In order to get better something drastic must happen, which for me, is moving from those hours to no hours, and a lot of exercise and rest. That is what I'm doing these days. Thanks for caring! It actually is. Not big deal, this break is long overdue. I’m getting better so that is the good news. Over the years some days I spent north of 20 hours a day on the computer and on average day until a month ago I was still at 14+ hours a day. In order to get better something drastic must happen, which for me, is moving from those hours to no hours, and a lot of exercise and rest. That is what I’m doing these days.
