(Above: Dickinson search on Google results in a Bido ad for the domain Dickinson.com)
We’re also going to contact direct any related company we can find to the name Dickinson. It is a lot of work but in line with our future plans for Bido, and definitely in line with servicing our customers to the best of our abilities.
Thoughts, ideas are most welcome!

Now that’s definitely value-add. Have you all considered running auctions longer than 1 hour? Like maybe 24 hours until the next auction begins? It’s been shown that the longer an auction, the higher probability additional bids will come in. Nice to see this service. Obviously not many other auction houses can offer this type of personalized service

It was considered however for the time being, we’re comfortable with current format. At a later point things will evolve for sure.

Anything to get the word out to the mainstream about available domain names is a good thing!
You may also want to prepare some information for lay people about domain name aftermarket sales, as some people think that they only need to pay Bob Parsons $1.99 for a domain name.

Buyer’s expectations, especially with none domainers, is essential. We’ve added in the description what we estimate the domain to sell for. In addition we plan to soon offer more information on the site to teach none domainers what domains are, what they go for in the aftermarket, and what they should expect. All this takes time, effort. Rome wasn’t built in one day, and neither is Bido

Thats a great move Sahar, if a few end users get involved in the bidding there’s no saying where the price will end

Just might reel in some end user bids.
Good luck.
If you’re running that ad campaign on the Google search (or content) network, let us know the quantity and quality of clicks from AdSense for Domains.
There are too many of them! A google search on inurl:dickinson.com shows another couple hundreds of potential end users.
great idea that we should all do…including the auction houses.
