Amazes me how consistently the so-called "experts" price way, and I mean wayyyy above true market value.

Domain market bubble much? me thinks so.

I got a few ideas on that one myself. A forum for sure. a links list, too. Then a second forum where owners could list their domains for sale.

Some howto articles on the nuts and bolts of buying domains. Catching drops! That's a good subject. I remember registering my first domain. It seemed to be a pretty daunting task back then. Now I can do it with one eye on the monitor and the other watching TV.

Then there's the nuts and bolts of getting a domain to resolve. Tip: Don't watch TV while writing zone files. Hee Hee.

And testing that stuff. And what's important in a registration. Info that brings in the casual users and puffs up the traffic. The true domainers will be there but after a while your ads are just "preaching to the choir". The new blood does a lot of buying.

Like your ad about the power of 1. Should have named the service one.com, not BIDO which is my dog's name.

One of my favorite things about Bido.com is the "expert opinions". They are a great read.

Sahar, I know you plan on archiving past domains sale price, you should archive the expert opinions too.

----answer----

Hi Matt, and thanks for the suggestion.

This was discussed internally already, they will be archived with each closed auction.

Cheers
