How right you are.

One of the most important factors in being financially successful in business is to just say "No (thanks; when deserved)"...often...and to many. Including to "customers" who are not worth messing with.

Just be careful not to adopt the attitude that all customers are wrong.

The cranky customers make themselves evident fairly soon, but sometimes the customer IS right, and a company would do well to listen to these customers.

Some domain registrars would do well to listen to their customers.

Great post, Willam. I like it when business managers don't follow the conventional ways of thinking, at least for positive change that would benefit and fair to all involved.
