Most domainers are lazy, did you forget?

These last time all domainers I am meeting that have a solid cash flow tell me the same:
We are only searching for domains having strong type in and ppc revenue, develop or resell is not our business.

It is not that domainers are lazy, it is that they understand what business they are in. Domainers are mainly property owners and not property developers and as such, they focus on acquisitions which will do well as a parked property, not a developed property. In addition, many top domainers have moved much of their cash flow into development and are developing. If some tell you they are only interested in PPC domains I can tell, from all I know, this is not a representation of what some of the best domainers (individuals and corps) do these days, domainers such as David and Michael Castello, Kevin Ham and Co., Chris Hartnett, RMG, Anthony Peppler, Michael Bahlitzanakis (BPHG), Oversee.net, Anything.com, Rick Schwartz, Marchex, Fabulous.com, and many others who I’m either overlooking here or are working in stealth mode.

If you look more carefully on his blog, you will see that Rick is looking for IDN.com City domains. In the current market, these probably are at least a hundred times better value than this place. You might be local, most of us have never heard of it!

It is however, it is a place known for its shopping, sort of Rodeo Drive but instead of a street with shops, Bal Harbour is more of an open mall with shops. The following description is taken from a site, reads very accurately:
