Winter Time In South Florida

It’s raining heavily outside right now. Luckily for us, this won’t last for more then few hours or few days the most. It was sunny earlier today and likely will be sunny later today or tomorrow. Morning pictures of weather, and few of lala in the backyard, below. (Click images to enlarge)

Looks like a nasty storm is brewing but looks better than these winter days in NYC

    Sahir,

I’m not sure where you are but we are on the intercoastal in Fort Lauderale - just hailed for the last 30 minutes. Yes - pieces of ice falling from the sky in Florida - a very odd day.

Lighthouse Point, just passed through here too. The streets outside are a little flooded.

I’ve never seen sunny florida with my own eyes, well…

I was living in Baltimore about 9 years ago and got a chance to go to Orlando for franchise sales training. This was all paid for by the co. who sent me. All six days I was there was straight rain and dark clouds. I played at disneyworld with my yellow rain poncho on all six days. I wasnt lucky enough for those brief showers lol.

The last day: Just as my plane was sitting there ready to take off… I looked out the tiny window from my seat and saw the clouds started clearing and the sun came out -

Please send me a can of “Florida Sunshine” Sahar?

    John :)

not such a nice day in the Tampa Bay area today either…well, considering it’s beautiful most everyday, it’s hard to complain :)

we are very lucky to live in this sunny state!

Even with dark grey skies its still beautiful! Here in New England, its just starting to get “warm”. We should be seeing people running around in shorts any day now pretending that it’s actually warm outside :)
