		<description>Sahar,
Do you mind telling us what ticketing / project management system you use?
Thanks
Zakky

----answer----

To the best of my knowledge it isn't public.

Cheers

		<description>Hi Christian,
We found the initial team through eLance.com after trying many others all around the world. We put a lot of trust in their hands and they have never disappointed us.
Initially, the team was only around 5-6 and as our needs grew we added more and more people.
Currently Jeff goes to visit the offices few times a year. As for working projects, we have an online ticketing system which tracks everything.
Hope that helps,
Cheers

		<description>Hi Sahar,

I'm curious about how you established your office over there. I have been considering something similar, rather than outsourcing to a broad range of people scattered around the world. While cost-effective, it's a headache dealing with people that disappear sometimes.

How do you manage your office overseas, and how do you find good people to work in it? More importantly, how do you trust that you aren't being screwed over when you are 4,000 miles away from the action?
