Why Siberia? We’ve been there since 03 doing first domain scripts and later full scale development projects. A little more about where our offices in Siberia are, from CNN.
Russia’s software exports total $1.8 billion annually; the country is the third-largest software-outsourcing destination in the world, after China and India. “Inside Intel we have an expression,” says Steve Chase, president of Intel Russia. “If you have something tough, give it to the Americans. If you have something difficult, give it to the Indians. If you have something impossible, give it to the Russians.“
Below are few pictures of some of our team members. To each and every one of you.. THANKS for working with us, you guys (and gals) are G R E A T !

Hi Sahar,
I’m curious about how you established your office over there. I have been considering something similar, rather than outsourcing to a broad range of people scattered around the world. While cost-effective, it’s a headache dealing with people that disappear sometimes.
How do you manage your office overseas, and how do you find good people to work in it? More importantly, how do you trust that you aren’t being screwed over when you are 4,000 miles away from the action?

Hi Christian,
We found the initial team through eLance.com after trying many others all around the world. We put a lot of trust in their hands and they have never disappointed us.
Initially, the team was only around 5-6 and as our needs grew we added more and more people.
Currently Jeff goes to visit the offices few times a year. As for working projects, we have an online ticketing system which tracks everything.
Hope that helps,
Cheers

Sahar,
Do you mind telling us what ticketing / project management system you use?
Thanks
