On a serious note, this is a serious issue that may end in many ways.

I think that at the end, Sedo will be the one who will loose most out of this (because I suppose the press release was retracted after some bidders who got email notifications that they won domains will go to court). 

Anyway lots of speculation till we do not know more, as much speculation as this tld is.</description>
