Via DomainBits:
Increase in Value - 2004 to 2007
.com - mean 311%
.com - median 443%
.net - mean 104.5%
.net - median 53%
.org - mean 79%
.org - median 135%
.info - mean 117%
.info - median 107%
.de - mean 63.5%
.de - median 40.6%
.co.uk - mean 180%
.co.uk - median 52.4%
A little surprising to see co.uk doing better than .net and .org (that is likely because I don’t play with ccTLD’s). Rest seems to be in line with my beliefs.

Wondered why .US was left off that list. Noticed that in a comparison of 3 letter domains recently on DomainState, that .US had surprised with a % gain just under that of .com. I think the ROI on .US names has a very good shot at beating .com going forward over the next two years in a number of areas.
And what about .eu? Anywhere i can find stats on sales/mean/median besides namebio.com and sedo previous auctions? Cheers.
