Linda is an old friend of mine, used to train our German Shepherds together, tracking at 6:30AM, and even went out to a weekly cruise together on a 50 ft sailboat some 18 months ago, in Annapolis.
Linda is also a super athlete. She is a certified lifeguard, captain, sailing champion, firefighter, and the list goes on.
Few weeks ago Linda got into a pretty bad accident nearby water skiing, and since then, in a coma. Linda’s husband, Les Bauman, is doing everything he possibly can to help get Linda back on her feet.
Les is now taking the effort further, setting up a Myspace page and selling Raffle tickets to win a loaded 03 hummer, with all proceeds going to help Linda’s recovery.
So, if you have not yet done your good deed for December, or for today, or for 07, please consider participating.
For weeks I’m crossing my fingers for complete recovery. Prayers are most appreciated!

Absolutely tragic.
Natalie and I just bought a ticket.
Those two side by side pictures were mortifying.

I also bought a ticket. If David or I win the Hummer we are going to give it back to Linda and her husband. They have many more years of love and happiness to live.
