I hope they shut it down, besides why pay for a name when there are better names to be had. We really need an american based site, that is fair, and honest. I think they are selling it because it is a bull?hit site.

I don’t see an issue as it is a generic term and using it for poker is the descriptive use of the term. You cannot protect generics with related industry with a trademark.
