The CNBC segment was focusing too much on trademark typos even though Kevin and his company are not targeting those nor invovled in any sort of trademark infringement here. What they do is a wildcard on anything that is unregistered, wether a trademark, generic, or anything in between. It is essentialy the same as Microsoft does with the IE browser and Google where it can as well.
